the adoption of the Rules Committee Substitute offered on page                 
1514. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION                        
NO. 18(RLS) was adopted and read the second time.                              
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
resolution be held in second reading to the May 17 calendar.                   
Without objection, it was so ordered.
